We are seeking an Employment lawyer to become a part of our team! Kazerouni Law Group APC is one of the nation's leading consumer protection law firms with over a decade of service to consumers nationwide. Our areas of expertise include Catastrophic Personal Injury litigation, Consumer Class Actions, False Advertising, Data Breach, and Debt Collection Abuse, among others.
The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously with limited supervision, be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, and have the ability to work a case from beginning to end.
Excellent organizational and writing skills preferred. A J.D. from an accredited law school is required, as well as being active and in good standing in the state of California.
Qualifications:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
