Those tasks may include, without limitation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (opinions letters, corporate guidance, advice, motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.), making court appearances, attending client meetings, etc. Because the firm concentrates on laws relating to Common Interest Developments, you will be required to participate in evening HOA board meetings as requested by the client.
