Part-time Bookkeeper - Santa Cruz, California, United States

RoofScreen Manufacturing has an open position for a Part-Time Bookkeeper. This position will be at the office and is not eligible for remote work. The company is headquartered in Santa Cruz and has more than 20 years of experience engineering and fabricating architectural rooftop equipment screens for customers across the continent. We're a tight-knit group that likes to have fun so make sure to bring your sense of humor! Must love dogs.

The Bookkeeper is responsible for the following:
• Accounts Payable
• Invoicing A/R
• Other tasks as time and skills allow
This is NOT a remote position

What do we want in a Bookkeeper?

2-4 Years + experience in all the following:
• QuickBooks
• A/R
• A/P
• Excel - high level of proficiency

Job Essential Skills & Experience:
• Solid written and verbal communications
• Construction and/or Manufacturing Experience a big plus
