Our team is looking for a Junior Accountant to help keep our books in tip-top shape. You'll be tasked with entering financial data into our proprietary softwares and will be working closely with our Controller and CFO. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and make decisions independently while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. An exceptional attention to detail is necessary in this role, and we're looking for someone who will embrace the opportunity to learn and progress along with our small team.
Responsibilities:
Assist accounting staff with financial analysis and reporting.
Perform basic account reconciliations.
Do AR/AP duties.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Perform data entry into various systems.
Assist with month end and year end close procedures.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience working for a professional company.
At least 3 years of experience as a junior accountant.
Bachelors degree preferred
US work authorization
Fluency in English
